Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 60 days.

Eligibility Requirements: Items eligible for return must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in their original packaging (does not apply to those items packed only in a single-use shipping bag).

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Please take time to review clothing material details and sizing charts before placing your order.

To initiate a return within 60 days of purchase, first email us: returns@1stthirteen.com

-Be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER in the email subject line (we use this to determine the order date)
-Clearly explain what is wrong with the product in the body of the email i.e. It's the wrong size, or, the print quality is degraded, etc.
-Explain if you would like a return with replacement, or refund
 ---For quality issues ONLY: Include clear photo(s) that are close enough to determine the product quality issue
-Include your name, address and telephone number (in the event we need to contact you)

Once we receive your email inquiry, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to review your request.  We will review the information you've provided to determine if your item is eligible for a return/refund.

Returns (if applicable)
If our team determines your product is eligible for a return (meets eligibility requirements), we will advise you to ship the item to us at your earliest convenience.  See Shipping below for details. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if it is approved or rejected.  

For approved items meeting our guidelines, you'll be offered a replacement.
NOTE: the exact replacement color and size may not be available at the time of replacement.

For rejected items not meeting our eligibility guidelines, we are sorry but we cannot replace or refund the purchase cost of the item.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 3 - 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@1stthirteen.com and we will respond with the return shipping address.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Please do not send your purchase back to the address found on the shipping label.
To return your product after approval from us, you should mail your product to the email identified in our reply email.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
