Order Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

As our products are printed at the time of ordering, the order cancellation window is small.  Once an order has been processed for printing, it cannot be cancelled.

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at support@1stthirteen.com and we'll review your order and attempt to cancel it.  Please note that cancellations may not be possible for orders placed over 24 hours and the time we receive your request.
